• A. You will find the price in the lower right corner of the AKCESS C page. 
• Q. How do I order?
• A. You can order via email, just fill out the form on the order page , and we will contact you. You may also order by phone, or use one of the Buy Now buttons on the buttom of each page.
• Q. What are my payment options?
• A. We accept PayPal, Visa, MC, Amex, Cashier Check or Money Order.
• Q. In what colors is the AKCESS C available?
• A. The AKCESS C is available in gloss white. (Powder coated)  
• Q. How about Spare Parts?

• Q. Delivery Questions / How long is the delivery time?
• A. The normal delivery time will be 3-4 weeks after the order and payment was received.  (US only)
• Q. How long is the delivery time for international orders?
• A. The delivery time for international orders will be 5-6 weeks.

• A. The AKCESS C will be shipped in 1 crate and 100% assembled. For other shipping options, please contact us.

• A. Yes. The AKCESS C comes with 220 lbs of free-weights.
• Q. Does the AKCESS Compact come with accessories?
• A. Yes. The AKCESS C Machines come also with the necessary Accessories.
• Q. If I am a beginner, how do I know how to workout on the AKCESS C?
• A. The AKCESS Compact comes with a Workout Manual that will show you how to workout. We also feature more information and a new exercise every month on our "Training" page.
• Q. Can I download brochures or flyers from your website?
• A. Yes. You may download brochures (.pdf files) from the "Downloads" page.
